Wasn’t sure what the quality would be like as other full sim enclosures I looked at were abit more expensive. This was awesome quality - the parts all perfectly fit together and the foam was pre-wrapped on the steel poles which was cool and numbered how they all join together. Works fantastic and hitting a ball hard only pushes the impact screen back maybe 10-20cm and the ball drops softly. Would recommend the soft grass drop zone mat if you have concrete. I have concrete with nothing down at the moment and the ball bounces perfectly back to my hitting mat without going too crazy on me but I will put a drop mat down soon. Overall couldn’t be happier. Great stuff 👍

I bought the set up, enclosure, hitting mat and projector from Kaizen and i was very happy with how it all went together very simply with instructions included.
My only issue is the impact screen has ripples in it like its not tight enough and i have tried everything to pull them out. I have tried more bungee chords, even folding the screen around the poles but after a few hits it just pulls the screen back around anyway. I have tried adjusting the enclosure frame so its twisted the opposite way but i just thing the screen is either to small or poor quality. Very annoying as there is a large ripple/fold in the right hand corner which distorts the image significantly. Definitely considering buy a new screen from elsewhere.
Besides that i love everything else and feels safe to use. Shipping was fast and the hitting mat feels great (Kaizen standard mat)
Also, the screen started off with a small ripple but over time maybe 1 week of playing everyday this is how it has come to sit. I’ll put a photo of the original install fit and then one from today about 2 weeks later

You can make the screen flatter by tensioning the bungees across the screen - especially the top left corner (opposite of where there's more slack). Give it a go and let us know if you are still experiencing the same issue and we'll see what we can do for you.
