Kaizen Masters Simulator Enclosure - Premium Quality Meets Affordability

Premium quality and yet affordable? Yes it's possible!

To say that we are excited to launch our Kaizen Masters Golf Simulator Enclosure is truly an understatement.

Until now, having a professional looking, high quality enclosure for your golf simulator set up was really only possible for those who could afford the high price tag or those DIY gurus. Unfortunately quite a large number of golfers in Australia don't fall into those two categories.

When we set about working on a golf simulator enclosure product for the masses, we focused on 3 key principles:

  • Make it affordable (less than $2k)
  • Don't compromise on quality in terms of the looks, functionality and safety
  • Make it easy to assemble

After almost 2 years and many iterations, we are now thrilled to launch our very own - Kaizen Masters Simulator Enclosure.

In this article, we will delve deeper into the product and provide a detailed look at how this product fills the brief in terms of affordability, quality as well as ease of assembly.

Kaizen Masters Golf Simulator Enclosure

Affordability

Similar to all of our other products, because we manufacture everything that goes into this product, we are able to keep the cost down as there's really no middleman involved.

With our Kaizen Masters Simulator Enclosure, you can finally get a professional grade golf simulator enclosure in Australia for less than $2000. And if you are a long term customer, you know that we don't jack up our prices every 3 months.

Furthermore, we include a number of standard components that you may see on the 'options list' elsewhere. These include additional foam padding for the poles as well as side protection nets.

Before you think that the way we keep our prices down is by compromising on quality - we definitely haven't, so let's look at that now.

Quality and Functionality

A professional look

When you look on social media these days, most DIY golf simulator enclosure builds, especially with limited budget, lack that clean, sharp and professionally finished look to them.

Generic parts are sourced from different suppliers and are cobbled together.

Can you play simulator golf with it? Yes.

But does it look good? In most cases, unfortunately the answer is along the lines of 'beauty is in the eye of the beholder'.

That's not the case with the Kaizen Masters Enclosure. All the parts that go into this product are specifically designed and manufactured to fit perfectly together and complement each other. And the result is a fantastic looking finished product that looks several times its price tag. We even have the photos 😊

Image quality

Fire up the projector (we suggest getting a good one), that's when the Kaizen Simulator Enclosure really shines.

By using our highest quality Professional Impact Screen, and with the aid of the black canopy surround, our enclosure will bring the best out of your projector and deliver the highest quality image on the market. We are very confident about this.

When you are not golfing, you've got a home cinema ready to go!

Noise & Bounce Back

When you are looking to build an indoor golf simulator, noise level and bounce back are really important factors to consider.

You really don't want to turn your garage or spare room into a shooting range or have the ball flying straight back at you at 100mph.

By using our high end, multi-layer Professional Impact Screen, we are really able to rein in the level of noise and bounce back.

Also by having the frame designed to fit the impact screen perfectly, i.e. achieving the right level of tautness without overstretching your screen, we can further limit the level of bounce back.

Safety

Safety is one of the areas we spent a lot of time and iterations perfecting during product design and we were only going to release the product once we were happy with the result.

The main safety features of the Masters Golf Simulator enclosure include:

  • All poles are covered using foam padding material as standard, even for poles that are not likely to get hit. We just didn't want any unprotected metal parts.
  • On top of foam padding, we added further padding for all the back bars. There's more chance of those poles being hit by a wayward shot, so we added further protection to keep things safe.
  • Side protection netting included as standard. With many other suppliers, these are either not offered at all or can be added for an additional cost. We just don't want your beginner mate or a young junior play to hosel one at right angles and cause any damage, so we have included these as standard. You can retract or remove the side netting if the simulator is not in use to save space, however we do recommend protecting at least the shank side when you are playing.

Ease of Assembly

What's included

Everything you need to assemble your enclosure is included, including the hex/Allen keys. Here's what you find in the packaging:

  • Steel frame - poles and corners with foam insulation
  • Kaizen Professional impact screen with Velcro borders
  • Black enclosure canopy
  • Back protection netting (optional)
  • Additional padding for top, bottom and side poles
  • Side protection netting with sandbags
  • Bungee balls and cable ties

Assembly Steps

Detailed installation instructions are included in the package, and installation is pretty straight forward.

Expect to take around 1 hour to assemble the enclosure, which in golf simulator terms is a pretty reasonable time.

Although you can just about do it with 1 person, we recommend tackling this as a 2 man job.

We have written a overview of the installation steps - feel free to check out the assembly guide here for further details.

All in all, it's a pretty straight forward process, especially if you are able to enlist an extra pair of hands.

Final Thoughts

So that was a detailed look at the Kaizen Masters Simulator Enclosure, we are really proud of the quality of product we are able to offer to our fellow golfers who are looking at setting up a golf simulator at home. Better still, being able to price it at under the $2000 mark, we really believe that we are able to make it accessible to more golfers.

In the true spirit of our 'Kaizen' (continuous improvement in Japanese) ethos, we won't be resting our laurels. We will continue to look for opportunities to improve the product and we are really looking forward to getting your feedback on the product and making it even better!

So if you are planning to build a Golf Simulator at home or are looking to upgrade your current set up, we would love for you to give our Masters Golf Simulator Enclosure a go! You will absolutely love it.
